Pay is DOE: $120,000 - $180,000+/year
The pay range offered to the successful candidate will be determined by various factors, including job-related knowledge, skills, and experience. Compensation decisions are made based on the specific details and circumstances of each position and candidate.

Senior Civil Project Manager Job Responsibilities
Oversee, supervise, and lead a dynamic team to deliver a multitude of private land development projects on-time and on-budget in a manner that exceeds our clients' expectations.
Ability to develop and foster authentic, long-lasting relationships with clients and further develop business opportunities.
Prepare written proposals, scopes of work, and budgets.
Act as the main point of contact for your clients and be responsible for all project related items.
Possess the technical abilities and skills to guide a team of engineers in all aspects of the project.
Exceed client expectations through clear communication and execution of the project
Senior Civil Project Manager Job Requirements
Bachelors or Masters degree in Civil Engineering, or equivalent work experience.
Professional Engineering (PE) license is .
8+ years of experience managing a team of direct reports, managing project, and/or programs.
Ability to manage projects/programs independently.
Self-motivated with a desire to deliver excellent client service.
Familiarity with AutoCAD Civil 3D.
Strong written and verbal communication skills.
Proficiency with MS Office.
