Senior Project Manager

We are looking for a Senior Project Manager with Land Development experience in Charlotte, NC. Required:

Manage land development project preparing due diligence studies and site planning

Experience Designing grading/drainage, water/wastewater systems, storm water detention facilities

Proficient AutoCAD and Civil 3D

Ability to manage multi projects

BS Civil Engineer Degree

PE Required

7 plus years of experience in Land Development Residential

Salary: $100-$135K

Location: Charlotte, NC

Duration: Permanent
