Senior Civil Engineer - Progressive Design Consultancy
We're working with a highly respected, design-led engineering consultancy that's making a real impact in the built environment. With a strong track record delivering sustainable, award-winning projects across residential, commercial, education, and public sectors, they are now looking to appoint a Senior Civil Engineer to join their growing team.
This is an exciting opportunity for someone with around 5-10 years of experience, including at least 1-2 years in the UK, who's passionate about technical excellence, sustainability, and collaborative project delivery.
Key Responsibilities:
Deliver technical design work across drainage, SuDS, earthworks, levels strategy, and flood risk.
Collaborate closely with stakeholders, architects, and contractors to develop integrated civil design solutions.
Act as project engineer on multiple schemes, independently managing your own workload and interfacing with clients.
Support junior team members and contribute to technical mentoring and peer learning.
You'll Bring:
Strong proficiency in MicroDrainage/InfoDrainage and Civil 3D.
Practical knowledge of SuDS strategies, drainage networks, and cut-and-fill design.
The ability to write and contribute to Flood Risk Assessments.
A client-facing mindset, excellent communication skills, and a collaborative approach.
Chartered status (or close to achieving it) with a relevant institution.
