With decades of expertise and an expanding presence in the Midlands, their Derby office is continuing to grow, offering an excellent opportunity for an experienced Senior Civil Engineer to take a leading role in shaping its future.
They're seeking someone with proven design consultancy experience who enjoys working closely with clients and leading the delivery of high-quality infrastructure and development projects. This role offers the chance to combine technical expertise with project management and mentoring responsibilities.
What they're looking for:
Strong background in UK-based design consultancy across multiple sectors
Proven client-facing skills with commercial awareness
In-depth knowledge of Section 278, 38, 185 & 104 agreements
Proficiency in AutoCAD, Civil3D, InfoDrainage (or similar)
5+ years' industry experience with project leadership capability
Confident communicator with strong organisational and mentoring skills
Someone who can lead projects from concept through to delivery while maintaining a hands-on design roleWhy consider this role?
