We’re working with a respected consultancy who are expanding their Gloucester Civils team and are seeking an experienced Senior Civil Engineer to take a lead role in technical delivery and team development.



This is a fantastic opportunity for an engineer with strong design expertise across highways, drainage, and infrastructure to step into a role with real influence and progression.



The role:



Lead the technical delivery of civil engineering designs across a variety of projects

Mentor and manage junior team members, ensuring quality and consistency in output

Apply your expertise in highways, drainage, and infrastructure design

Liaise with clients and stakeholders to ensure successful project delivery

Contribute to the continued growth and success of the Gloucester office

What we’re looking for:



8+ years’ post-graduate experience within civil engineering consultancy

Strong technical skills with MicroDrainage, AutoCAD, and Civil 3D

Proven experience delivering infrastructure, highways, and drainage designs

A proactive leader with excellent communication and mentoring skills
