Senior C++ Software Engineer, Medical Imaging

A medical technology company is building next- software that guides surgeons in real time during operations, using live imaging to improve precision and patient outcomes. As the company grows its surgical software platform, they are looking for a Senior Software Engineer to help shape its core technology.

\n

What you'll do:

\n

\n
• Design, build, and maintain production software in C++ and Qt

\n

• Help shape software architecture and technology choices

\n

• Build and deploy software through CI/CD pipelines

\n

• Work with AI researchers to bring machine learning models into production

\n

• Partner with Product, QA, UX, and Regulatory teams

\n

• Deploy software onto dedicated Linux medical systems

\n

• Build with cybersecurity and regulatory compliance in mind

\n

• Mentor other engineers on the team

\n

\n

\n

What you'll bring:

\n

\n
• Bachelor's in Maths, Computer Science, or equivalent experience, plus 6+ years relevant background

\n

• Strong C++17 (or newer) skills

\n

• Proven Qt experience (GUI, multithreading, Signals/Slots, custom widgets)

\n

• Good Python or scripting knowledge

\n

• Linux development and deployment experience

\n

• Docker, TeamCity (or similar), and Git experience

\n

• Understanding of software security principles (Secure Boot, TPM, key management)

\n

• SaMD experience is a strong preference

\n
