We're on the lookout for experienced business Analysts with Field Services expertise to make an impact in the Energy & Utilities domain. This is your chance to work with the brightest minds in the field and be part of a transformation journey.

Key Responsibilities:

• Stakeholder Engagement and Analysis: Engage with stakeholders to understand their needs, provide expert advice, and lead workshops to gather requirements. Document specifications and user stories, ensuring a clear understanding throughout global projects.

• Process Improvement and Standardization: Contribute to process mapping, benchmarking, and reengineering efforts to enhance business operations. Assist in standardizing and harmonizing processes for increased efficiency.

• Strategic Decision Support: Prepare business cases, conduct impact assessments, and evaluate applications and vendors. Deliver well-informed recommendations to drive strategic decisions within the organization.

You have:

• A balance of technical and Business experience.

• Expertise in Utilities, Sustainability, and NetZero services are highly valued.

• Strong experience in Field Services within B2C and/or B2B, covering areas like Planning, Dispatch, Capacity Management, Asset and Work Management, and Scheduling Optimization.
