A brand new residential surveying company that delivers Level 2 & 3 Building Surveys is hiring staff due to fantastic success and growth.

There is no business development required. All you need is to be MRICS accredited with experience as a commercial Building or Residential Surveyor.

All you need to do is assist with the surveys and reporting to achieve a bonus target of 2.25x salary + 30% Bonus over and above.

Meaning if you are on £70,000 then your bonus target will be £158,000.

If you actually achieve £250,000, you will earn £28,000 in bonus, and then you will be on £100,000

This can happen in year 1...!
