Role Overview

We’re looking for a Senior Backend Engineer to help build the core systems powering our

next- trading platform. From scalable APIs and distributed systems to LLM-tuned

infrastructure and data pipelines, this is a hands-on role at the frontier of finance and AI. You’ll operate across the stack with high autonomy and collaborate closely with product and

engineering to drive a best-in-class user experience.

Key Responsibilities

● Build highly scalable backend systems and APIs powering cutting edge financial

platforms.

● Tune LLM-based models that revolutionize user experience for financial platforms.

● Build data pipelines for training LLM models that generate financial insights.

● Work cross-functionally with stakeholders in order to architect the best-in-class user

experience.

● Exercise a high level of autonomy while focusing on accomplishing business objectives

across the technical stack.

Requirements

● 5+ years of experience building and architecting distributed software systems

● 2+ years of experience and advanced skills in Rust

● Experience with production Databases / Message Queues
