Senior AV Field Service Engineer\n Location: London (field-based)\n Salary: Up to £47,000 + benefits\n Industry: Audio Visual / AV Integration / Corporate AV\n Job Type: Full-time, Permanent\n\nOverview:\n A leading AV integrator is seeking an experienced Senior AV Field Service Engineer to join their London-based service team. This is a fantastic opportunity to work with high-end clients and cutting-edge AV technology in a field-based role focused on break/fix support, servicing, and commissioning.\n\nKey Responsibilities:\n\nProvide field-based break/fix support for integrated AV and video conferencing systems\n\nDiagnose and resolve faults quickly and efficiently on client sites\n\nPerform scheduled maintenance and system health checks\n\nCommission and configure AV systems to required standards\n\nCollaborate with clients and internal teams to ensure excellent service delivery\n\nMaintain accurate documentation, service reports, and technical logs\n\nRequired Skills & Experience:\n\nProven experience in a field service role within the AV integration industry\n\nStrong technical knowledge of Crestron, Q-SYS, Poly, and Microsoft Teams Rooms\n\nConfident in fault-finding and hands-on break/fix work\n\nExperience with AV system commissioning; programming knowledge is advantageous\n\nExcellent communication and client-facing skills\n\nAbility to work independently across multiple London-based client sites
