What you will do:

• Program and troubleshoot PLCs (Allen-Bradley ControlLogix/CompactLogix) and HMIs (Wonderware, DeltaV)
• Maintain and optimize OT networks and control systems
• Support and improve systems, including sterilization, CIP, centrifuges, and wastewater operations
• Collaborate with engineering and production teams to minimize downtime and drive improvements
• Interpret and develop technical documentation, including schematics and process flows
• Manage multiple automation projects and ensure operational continuity

What you will need to be successful:

• Bachelor’s degree in automation, electrical, computer, or electronics engineering (or related field)
• 5+ years of experience in industrial automation and PLC programming
• Experience with Allen-Bradley, DeltaV, and Wonderware platforms
• Strong understanding of process instrumentation, VFDs, and network equipment
• Ability to read and develop panel layouts and electrical schematics
• Effective communicator across technical and non-technical teams
• Willingness to relocate to Osage, Iowa
