SENIOR ATTORNEY- CIVIL LITIGATION

We are seeking a Senior Attorney For Civil Litigation to become a part of our team! The ideal candidate will represent clients in legal proceedings, draw up legal documents and advise clients on legal transactions, particularly in areas of Medical Malpractice, Employment Law, Personal Injury and Civil Litigation.

Responsibilities:

• Represent clients in court or before government agencies
• Prepare and draft legal documents on behalf of clients
• Advise clients on business and legal transactions
• Negotiate settlements for legal disputes
• Handle complex cases 
• Perform administrative and management functions related to the practice of law

​​Qualifications:

• Previous experience in law Employment Law and Civil Litigation
• Strong analytical, research and strong courtroom experience in Texas
• Ability to build rapport with clients and zeal to excel
• Must be willing to practice other areas of law.
