Senior Associate Attorney - Civil Litigation/NYS Labor Law (Mostly Remote)

Job Description

Prominent defense firm is seeking an Associate Attorney for their thriving midtown NYC office. Ideal candidate will have familiarity with NYS Labor Law 200, 240, 241 and have 4+ years of litigation experience in one or more areas: General Liability, Tort, Professional Liability, Premises Liability, Medical Malpractice, Catastrophic Injury, Civil Litigation.

Option to work MOSTLY REMOTE! 1-2 days a month in office.

Responsibilities:

• Handle cases from inception to resolution
• Independently manage a caseload
• Make court appearances
• Provide client status reports

Qualifications:

• 4+ years of litigation experience
• Familiarity with (NYS Labor Law 200, 240, 241)
• Trial prep experience
• Licensed to practice in NY

Salary Range 150k-180k (DOE) + Bonus + Comprehensive Benefits+ Mostly Remote or Hybrid
