Senior Asset Manager – Renewable Energy (Wind / Solar)

Hamburg, Germany – On-site

up to €100k

Amber Renewables are partnering with an international renewable energy investor seeking an experienced (Senior) Asset Manager to join their growing team in Hamburg. This is a great opportunity to take ownership of a diverse portfolio of wind and solar assets across Europe and play a key role in driving long-term performance.

Key Responsibilities:

• Manage and optimise existing renewable energy investments (wind/solar)

• Oversee liquidity and contract management for portfolio companies

• Prepare annual and performance reports for assets under management

• Coordinate external service providers and support annual financial audits

• Lead on budget planning, project interface management, and internal reporting

• Contribute to performance improvement studies for technical components

Your Profile:

• Degree in Business, Economics, or a related field (renewable energy focus a plus)

• 4–5+ years of experience in asset or investment management, real estate, or similar

• Strong understanding of liquidity, budgeting, and financial reporting

• Proficient with MS Office (especially Excel); Python/IoT/database skills advantageous

• Fluent in German and English

• Strong communicator, proactive, and team-oriented
