Senior ASIC Power Engineer (Finance)
We are seeking a Senior ASIC Power Engineer to join our team. NVIDIA is looking for talented power engineers to design hardware accelerators and processors for our next- mobile, embedded, and datacenter platforms. This role offers the chance to make a significant impact in a dynamic, technology-driven company, influencing product lines from consumer graphics to autonomous vehicles and artificial intelligence.
Responsibilities:
Develop innovative hardware, GPU, and system designs to enhance performance and efficiency.
Understand design and implementation processes, develop power metrics, and drive power reduction initiatives.
Execute and deliver fully verified, high-performance, area, and power-efficient RTL to meet design targets.
Collaborate with architects, designers, verification, and VLSI teams to accomplish objectives.
Qualifications:
BSc or MSc in Electrical Engineering, Computer Science, or related field.
8+ years of experience in processor or related high-performance design
Expertise in SystemVerilog or similar HDL.
Strong understanding of physical design and VLSI.
Excellent communication skills.
Background in computer architecture.

The base salary range is $168,000 - $310,500, depending on location, experience, and comparable roles. You may also be eligible for equity and benefits. NVIDIA welcomes ongoing applications.
