Location:             Clerkenwell, Central London
Salary:                  £48,000 - £58,000 per annum (Dependent upon experience)

This opportunity would be ideal for a Senior Architect / Project Architect with proven experience delivering multi-sector projects and confidence using Revit and AutoCAD.

Office: Clerkenwell, Central London with Hybrid working 1 day per week from home

Hours: Full-time, permanent position – Monday to Friday

 

Duties:

\n
• Lead and run multiple projects from concept to delivery

\n

• Act as (or step into) Principal Designer under the Building Safety Act

\n

• Coordinate the design team

\n

• Produce and oversee construction information to UK regs and statutory requirements

\n

• Manage resources, programmes, and standards across concurrent workloads

\n

• Build and maintain strong client/consultant relationships

\n

• Mentor and develop junior team members

\n

• Contribute to maintaining strong client relationships and project outcomes

\n

 

Requirements:

\n
• \nARB-registered, RIBA-qualified Architect (5+ years PQE)

\n

• Proficient in Revit and AutoCAD\n

\n

• Strong knowledge of UK Building Regulations and statutory processes

\n

• Experience of (or readiness for) the Principal Designer role

\n

• Excellent verbal/written communication, confident team leader

\n

• Sound construction knowledge and decisive, delivery-focused approach
