WRA is seeking a Program Manager to join our Building Design Group in our Baltimore, MD office. We are a nationally recognized, top 125 Architecture and Engineering firm and Mid-Atlantic Engineering Firm of the Year.

Come join our collaborative team of engineers and architects on a variety of challenging projects, including high-performance buildings, industrial and manufacturing facilities, office environments, mission critical/secure spaces, historic preservation, and higher education. WRA has a strong mentoring culture and a focus on staff development.

Lead multidiscipline A/E teams through concept studies, final design, and construction phase services for clients across a broad range of markets, including DoD, Federal/Local Government and Industrial. Coordinate between disciplines, interface with project stakeholders, and manage quality control processes to ensure each project is successfully completed.

Responsibilities:

  • Proposal development and budget management
  • Leadership of design teams
  • Coordination of milestone submissions
  • Construction Administration
  • Project Closeout

Qualifications:

  • Bachelor of Science degree in Mechanical, Electrical, Civil or Structural Engineering, or other relevant discipline from an ABET accredited program
  • 16+ years of relevant experience
  • Experience with concept studies, final design documents, and construction phase services
  • Strong organizational, communication and interpersonal skills
  • Licensed as a Professional Engineer in the State of Maryland or the ability to become licensed within 6 months through comity from another state
  • U.S. Citizenship is required

  • DoD security clearance or ability to obtain clearance

The expected annual compensation range for this position is $150,000.00 - $180,000.00. This range represents a good faith estimate for this position. The specific compensation offered to a candidate may vary based on factors including, but not limited to, the candidate’s relevant knowledge, training, skills, work location, and/or experience.
