Job Title: Senior Architect\nLocation: London (Hybrid working)\nSalary: Up to £55,000 DOE + benefits\nThe Role\nWe are seeking two Senior Architects with experience working on heritage projects in the UK to join a heritage architecture and consultancy in their London office. As the successful Senior Architect you’ll be working on historic buildings in the UK putting your design and conservation skills to use.\nThe Company\nThis company is an architecture and heritage consultancy who work on some of the most iconic buildings in the UK and overseas. With over 350 heritage and conversation specialists in the business they are one of the leading heritage firms in the UK.\nThe role will require\n * Take the lead on projects\n * Manage and oversea the detailed and technical design\n * Liaise with all stakeholders\n * Assist with building consent applications\n * Ensure all work is carried out to the highest standards\n * Management of junior team members\nDesired Skills & Qualifications\n * ARB registered Architect\n * AutoCAD & NBS proficiency\n * Revit is advantageous\n * Heritage & conservation experience\n * Strong understand and knowledge of the UK planning system\n * Strong knowledge of UK building regulations\nSalary & Benefits\n * Up to £55,000 DOE\n * Hybrid working\n * Bonus\n * 25 days holiday + bank holidays\n * Private medical\n * Life assurance\n * Enhanced maternity & paternity pay\nKeen to hear about other opportunities like this?
