Basic Qualifications

Requires a Bachelor's degree in Systems Engineering, or a related Science, Engineering or Mathematics field. Also requires 8+ years of job-related experience, or a Master's degree plus 6 years of job-related experience. Agile experience .

Responsibilities for this Position

ROLE AND POSITION OBJECTIVES:

As a senior advanced systems engineer for the Nuclear Weapons Security program, you'll help lead a cross functional team responsible for designing advanced security and information systems, as well as helping to maintain deployed systems.

What this position will entail:

Support the planning and deployment of various NWS MILCON efforts including those associated with D5LE2 & SLCM-N facilities

Drive discussions professionally with external stakeholders, identifying conflicts between entities and providing viable solutions which support cost and schedule

Facilititate coordination with the U.S Navy and other Security partners

Provide guidance on the planning and deployment of system refreshes, ensuring internal and external entities are evaluated and conflicts are mitigated

Target salary range: USD $139,189.00/Yr. - USD $154,412.00/Yr. This estimate represents the typical salary range for this position based on experience and other factors (geographic location, etc.). Actual pay may vary. This job posting will remain open until the position is filled.
