Senior Account Executive – Hybrid

Position Summary

As a Senior Account Executive, you’ll be at the forefront of transforming workforce solutions across construction, IT, education, and the public sector. This role is more than client management—it’s about cultivating trust, delivering impact, and helping launch our newest venture: 1st Choice Infratech. Core Responsibilities
Client Engagement & Relationship Management
- Serve as the primary point of contact for assigned clients, building relationships rooted in trust, responsiveness, and strategic insight.
- Understand each client’s operational landscape—whether it’s a school district, IT agency, construction firm, or government entity—and tailor solutions accordingly.
- Facilitate associate support and communication, ensuring a seamless experience for both clients and talent.
- Collaborate with internal teams to align service delivery with client goals and sector-specific standards.
- Regularly assess satisfaction, gather feedback, and identify opportunities for growth and innovation.
Talent Strategy & Recruitment Support
- Partner with recruiters to attract and retain top-tier talent across specialized roles in construction, IT, education, and public service.
- Develop sourcing strategies that reflect client culture, compliance needs, and future workforce demands.
- Leverage Bullhorn and other systems to track progress, document insights, and contribute to performance reporting.
Project Oversight & Contract Management
- Ensure staffing projects meet deadlines, budget expectations, and quality benchmarks.
- Participate in contract negotiations and renewals, advocating for solutions that serve both client and organizational goals.
- Support the buildout of 1st Choice Infratech by identifying infrastructure-focused opportunities and aligning workforce strategies with smart construction and IT systems.
Work Setting
- 50% Remote / 50% On-site
- Travel required to client sites, industry events, and strategic meetings across sectors.
Qualifications
Education & Experience
- Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Public Affairs, Construction Management, Information Systems, or related field.
- Minimum 5 years of experience in account management, client relations, or workforce solutions within target sectors.
- Experience with government contracting, union environments, or educational staffing .
Skills & Attributes
- Exceptional communication and relationship-building skills.
- Strategic thinker with a bias for action and results.
- Strong organizational discipline and attention to detail.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and CRM platforms.
- Familiarity with compliance standards and operational workflows in public-facing industries.
