Security Service & Maintenance Engineer – London (Permanent Role)
Salary: £35,000–£40,000 (depending on experience)
Location: Central London & Greater London
Are you a skilled security systems engineer looking for a long-term role with a growing, people-first business? We're seeking a dedicated Security Service & Maintenance Engineer to join our expanding team, delivering high-quality support across commercial sites throughout London – with a strong focus on the central area.
The Role
As a key part of our engineering team, you'll be responsible for:

Carrying out planned preventative maintenance and attending reactive service calls during working hours
*
Working on a range of security systems including CCTV, access control, intercoms, and intruder alarms
*
Servicing and maintaining systems across commercial premises – no residential work
*
Participating in a 1-in-6 callout rota, with a £200 standby allowance
*
Supporting clients with a high level of professionalism and technical knowledge
About You
We're looking for an engineer who is:
*
Experienced in the security systems industry, with 2+ years’ hands-on experience
*
Familiar with access control and CCTV systems (intruder alarm experience is a plus, but not essential)
*
Ideally has knowledge of Lenel or C-Cure systems (not a requirement – training provided)
*
Able to demonstrate 5+ years of consistent work experience in the UK
*
Comfortable working on public transport (no driving license needed – Oyster card provided)
*
Reliable, with a strong work ethic and a desire to grow in a supportive team
