The Senior Manager leads the operational execution of the organization’s cybersecurity program. This role is accountable for security monitoring, incident response, threat intelligence, vulnerability management, and the implementation of security controls to safeguard enterprise systems and data. The ideal candidate brings extensive leadership experience in security operations within manufacturing environme

nts.
Qualificati

• ons: Bachelor’s degree in Cybersecurity, Computer Science, or related field (Master’s prefer
• red).At least 7 years in information security, with at least 5 years in a leadership role focused on security operat
• ions.Proven experience managing SOC, incident response, and vulnerability management prog
• rams.Hands-on experience with SIEM, EDR, IDS/IPS, vulnerability management tools, and incident response proce
• sses.Strong knowledge of security frameworks (NIST, ISO 27001) and regulatory compliance requirements (e.g., PCI, HIPAA, C
• MMC).Relevant certifications (CISSP, CISM, GIAC, etc.) highly desir

able.
