Busy Manufactured Housing Community in Sussex County NJ seeking part time winter help with "handyman" experience in all phases of construction, groundskeeping, tenant repairs and outdoor community maintenance.

Candidate responsibilities will include but are not limited to, groundskeeping, light carpentry, painting, tenant repairs, light electrical or plumbing and outdoor community repairs. Willing to train.

Must have a smart phone for data entry, photos, daily reports and scheduling

Must be able to lift 50 lbs

Must have transportation
Part time hours
