Job Title: SCSC Support Specialist – Upstream Supply Chain (Unconventional)
Location: Spring, TX
Schedule: Monday–Friday | 5/2 
 Position Overview
We are seeking two SCSC Support Specialists to support Upstream Supply Chain operations in the unconventional oil & gas sector. This role is responsible for daily operations, surveillance of wells and equipment, maintenance oversight, and ensuring safety and compliance with environmental and regulatory requirements. The position combines operational expertise with strong supply chain awareness, focusing on reliability, optimization, and alignment with commercial agreements.Key Responsibilities

  • Implement daily operational objectives while maintaining focus on safety, health, environment, and security
  • Actively participate in toolbox and safety meetings, providing input and ensuring alignment across teams
  • Conduct continuous surveillance of wells and equipment, identifying optimization and corrective actions
  • Perform basic maintenance activities as an Equipment Care Technician
  • Accurately document operational events, abnormalities, and deviations in logs
  • Support corrective, predictive, and preventive maintenance planning and execution
  • Collect and analyze samples, conduct field lab tests, and report findings
  • Provide clear, accurate handover information at shift changes to ensure operational continuity
  • Respond to emergencies and escalate incidents according to company reporting guidelines
  • Ensure good communication across teams and consult with Operations Shift Supervisor on activities
  • Support Wellwork operations by ensuring wells and surface equipment are in proper condition before intervention
  • Assist in pipeline operations, oil and gas handling, and facility support tasks

Required Skills & Qualifications

  • Secondary education completed; prior experience as a Field Technician
  • Strong oral and written communication skills
  • High standard of safety, health, and environmental aptitude, with ability to promote best practices in others
  • Understanding of pipeline operations, safety tools, and operations management systems
  • Familiarity with Emergency Preparedness Procedures
  • Knowledge of Project Philosophy, Design Specifications, relevant regulations, and commercial agreements
  • Strong teamwork, problem-solving, and reporting abilities
