Overview:Leading AI-driven Global Supply Chain Solutions Software Product Company and one of Glassdoor’s “Best Places to Work”Seeking an experienced people leader with a strong supply chain foundation and history of building and supporting SaaS-based enterprise software.Scope:We need a Scrum master for the WES Optimizer product development team. What you’ll do:Works with the team (with guidance from a senior manager) to meet the objectives and deliverables of the team.Is expected to maintain focus and provide clear expectations to the team members, be the champion for the project within the team, demand excellence from team members, and support team members in their personal development.Keeps team members and stakeholders informed of key developments, issues, risks to the project and reports any project and people escalations in a timely manner.What we are looking for: Scrum master with 9-11 yrs experience whoDevelops, maintains, and implements a project through a team. Demonstrates expertise in applicable technologies, products, and tools. Applies domain concepts into the solution and product area.Demonstrates good understanding of the product and its architecture.Identifies platforms and technologies along with an enterprise architect.Ensures the usage of reusable components through design.Ensures that the non-functional requirements such as security requirements and defined performance objectives are met.Plans release delivery schedule, monitors progress, and reports status to stakeholders.Works with appropriate parties to plan the project and resource requirements.Formulates tactical plans for development and ensures timely execution of projects.Coordinates availability of development environments and tools.Identifies risks and defines mitigation plans and communicates those plans in a timely manner.Facilitates cross-team communication on reporting progress and resolving impediments.Ensures supporting project documentation is in order and submitted in a timely manner.Ensures development processes and quality standards are adhered.Provides guidance, feedback, coaching, and developmental experiences to the team.Provides feedback to team on career path and guides them in continuous development and learning.Conducts appraisals, provides feedback, and handles work allocations for direct reports, and approves the same for indirect reports.Our ValuesIf you want to know the heart of a company, take a look at their values.
