Salary: $55,000 to $65,000 per year
Location: Exton, PA (ON-SITE)

Job Overview:
The Scientist II will play an integral role in growing the operations and customer base by supporting the analysis of various samples and performing studies/assays independently while delivering exceptional quality with a high attention-to-detail and ensuring client expectations are met.
Responsibilities:
- Designs studies that meet sponsors' needs, or internal needs, in a scientifically sound manner.
- Supports the analysis of samples from various Discovery DMPK studies - in vivo PK and in vitro ADME.
- Executes LC-MS studies that follow developmental guidelines.
- Reviews and executes study protocols governing bioanalytical studies, and sample analysis.
- Authors protocols, technical summary reports and performs data processing and data review.
- Takes an active role in solving problems and trouble-shooting studies.
- Analyzes, processes, and reports study data.
- Interacts with different cross functional teams, including other scientists, management, vendors, and sales/marketing teams.
What We're Looking For:
We are looking for individuals who thrive in a fast-paced environment with strong work ethic, motivation and ability to prioritise multiple tasks.
- Bachelor's or Master's degree in pharmacokinetics, chemistry, biochemistry, or a related scientific discipline required.
- Minimum of 2 years relevant laboratory experience in a contract research organization (CRO), biotechnology, or pharmaceutical environment.
- Minimum of 2 years of Mass spectrometry (LCMS-MS) experience.
- Expertise in Bioanalysis across diverse molecule types, proficiency with the LCMS platform, and in the execution of in vivo PK studies is a must.
- Experience with noncompartmental analysis (Phoenix WinNonlin) is desired.
