Scaffolding Health & Safety Manager\n\nLocation: London\nSalary: Competitive + Package\n\nOverview\n\nWe are seeking a proactive Health & Safety Manager to oversee scaffolding activities across projects in the London area. The role is focused on ensuring safe working practices, driving compliance with industry standards, and supporting site teams in maintaining a positive health & safety culture.\n\nKey Responsibilities\n\nManage health & safety for scaffolding operations across multiple sites.\n\nConduct regular inspections, audits, and risk assessments.\n\nEnsure compliance with HSE regulations, Working at Height guidance, and scaffolding best practice.\n\nDeliver inductions, toolbox talks, and ongoing safety training.\n\nInvestigate incidents and near misses, ensuring lessons learned are implemented.\n\nLiaise with project teams, contractors, and stakeholders to promote safe working environments.\n\nMaintain accurate records and stay up to date with industry legislation.\n\nRequirements\n\nPrevious experience in a health & safety role within scaffolding or construction.\n\nStrong knowledge of working at height and scaffolding safety.\n\nExcellent communication, training, and leadership skills.\n\nAbility to influence and support teams across multiple projects.\n\nNEBOSH qualification is desirable and will be considered a strong advantage.\n\nBenefits\n\nCompetitive salary and benefits package.\n\nProfessional development and training opportunities.\n\nOpportunity to work on a diverse range of scaffolding projects across London
