Adam Search Group is seeking a Scaffolding, Insulation, and Sheet Metal Operations Manager to lead and oversee operations across multiple industrial job sites. This role requires a proven leader with in-depth industry knowledge in scaffolding, insulation, and sheet metal, capable of managing projects and crews of varying sizes and complexities. This role offers the opportunity to transition into a leadership position in the future.

The successful candidate will ensure operational excellence, strict safety compliance, and strong client relationships while maintaining control over schedules, labor hours, and project specifications.

Safety Management

• Promote and enforce a culture of safety across all job sites.
• Collaborate with the safety team to ensure all work complies with safety protocols and regulatory requirements.

Project Oversight

• Monitor and maintain project schedules to ensure on-time delivery.
• Identify and resolve scheduling delays or resource issues quickly and effectively.

• Track and document man-hours and labor utilization to maximize efficiency.

Scope Management

• Ensure all project activities align with specifications and client expectations.
• Participate in walkdowns and takeoffs to assess project needs and scope.

Client Relations

• Serve as the primary contact for all scaffold, insulation, and sheet metal operations.
• Maintain strong client relationships, addressing concerns or requests in a timely and professional manner.

Reporting

• Provide regular project status reports to the Vice President of South East Operations, including updates on progress, challenges, and financial tracking.

Qualifications

• Minimum 5 years of experience in industrial scaffold, insulation, and sheet metal, with a focus on operations or project management.
• Demonstrated success in managing large teams and multi-site operations.
• Deep understanding of OSHA regulations, job site safety, and industrial project specifications.
• Strong organizational, leadership, and communication skills.
• Ability to occasionally travel to various project sites in FL, NC, and GA

• Must be based in or willing to relocate to the Tampa/Lakeland, FL area.
