The Panther Group is seeking a highly experienced SAP Technical / Functional Analyst to support a long-term enterprise transformation initiative. This is a fully remote opportunity (U.S. only) supporting supply chain and demand planning systems within a complex global environment.

Position Overview

We are looking for a senior-level SAP professional with deep expertise across SAP Demand Planning (PP), Supply Chain (MM), ABAP, and SQL. This role combines functional supply chain knowledge with strong technical capabilities, including data integration, system design, and hands-on development support.

The ideal candidate is a strategic thinker who can bridge business and technical teams, support large-scale SAP initiatives, and drive solution design across multiple stakeholders.

Key Responsibilities

• Lead solution design and provide technical direction for SAP supply chain initiatives
• Support data integration efforts, including ETL processes and system migrations
• Develop and optimize SQL queries in collaboration with data engineering teams
• Provide ABAP and SAP technical support as needed
• Execute System Integration Testing (SIT) and support User Acceptance Testing (UAT) with business analysts
• Perform impact analysis and due diligence for system integrations, upgrades, and decommissioning activities
• Partner with SIOP and business stakeholders to help establish and mature a Supply Chain Center of Excellence (COE)
• Facilitate discussions with cross-functional stakeholders to drive alignment and consensus on solution design

Required Qualifications

• 10+ years of experience in SAP Supply Chain environments
• Strong expertise in SAP Demand Planning (PP) and Materials Management (MM)
• Hands-on experience with SAP transactions, tables, and supply chain modules (Purchasing, Sales Orders, etc.)
• Strong SQL development skills
• ABAP development or support experience
• Experience working with Jira and structured Agile environments
• Experience supporting ETL processes and data integration initiatives
• Proven ability to work across technical and business stakeholder groups
• U.S. Citizenship required
• Ability to work remotely within the United States

Qualifications

• Experience with SAP S/4HANA / SAP HANA environments
• Exposure to supply chain planning transformations or SIOP initiatives
• Experience evaluating and implementing emerging enterprise technologies
• Strong background in enterprise-scale system integrations and migrations
