SAP S/4 Supply Chain Global Template and Deployment Program

Project Description

• This project involves the development and deployment of a global template for SAP S/4 supply chain application solutions (PP, ePP/DS, AATP). The goal is to implement the global template while integrating local requirements and interfacing with Advanced Planning Systems and Reporting Applications.

The scope of services includes the following tasks, which are performed independently by the external contractor:

Solution Design and Implementation:

• Design, test, build, and deployment of supply chain application solutions across SAP S/4 (PP, ePP/DS, AATP).
• Assessment of the global template with regard to local requirements during deployment phases.
• Integration of the solution with Advanced Planning Systems, including interfacing of master data and transactional data.

Documentation and Deliverables:

• Development of detailed solution requirements, design documents, build specifications, test documentation, and change impact documents.
• Preparation of designs, build and testing criteria, and deployment collateral.

Process Optimization:

• Provision of expert guidance on supply chain solution change at an application level to provide solution alternatives.
• Identification of solution alternatives while verifying the solution fits the global template.
• Provision of expert guidance on the continuous improvement of supply chain solutions (SAP S/4 ePPDS, AATP and APO PP/DS, PP).

Protocol Adherence and Execution:

• Execution of work within defined change governance protocols and relevant quality procedures and standards.
• Coordination of solution development with the Solution Owner for Supply Chain Planning to verify alignment with the overall business strategy.
• Engagement with cross-functional teams to gather requirements and feedback.

The performance of the contractor has the goal of facilitating the successful deployment, integration, and continuous improvement of the SAP S/4 supply chain application solutions.
