Job Title: SAP IBP Co-Lead Consultant
Location: Hybrid (Preferably local to Atlanta, GA)
Start Date: Immediate
Duration: 3-month+ contract
We are seeking an experienced SAP IBP Co-Lead Consultant to join a high-impact Supply Planning program currently facing deployment and stabilization challenges. The ideal candidate will bring deep functional and technical expertise in SAP IBP (especially TS Optimizer), strong leadership capabilities, and a proven track record of delivering quickly in complex, cross-functional environments.
This role will serve as a technical co-lead, working alongside onshore and offshore leads.
Key Responsibilities:

Lead and support system integration testing (SIT) across SAP IBP, S/4HANA, ECC, and third-party systems

Drive optimization cycles using TS Optimizer for profit-maximization scenarios

Analyze planning results, troubleshoot unexpected outcomes, and ensure model accuracy

Evaluate and resolve standard incidents independently within the first 2–4 weeks

Support hypercare/stabilization efforts, engaging with business users and tuning the model

Step in to guide prioritization, decisions, and technical workstreams in the absence of the supply planning team leader

Collaborate closely with functional and technical SMEs to maintain momentum on critical-path items

Identify process bottlenecks and improve the speed and quality of analysis and issue resolution
Must-Have Qualifications:

2+ full lifecycle implementations of SAP IBP Supply Planning with TS Optimizer for profit maximization

Proven success in SIT testing, integration planning, and data flow validation across IBP ↔ S/4HANA/ECC ↔ third-party systems

Strong problem-solving and analytical skills—can interpret optimizer results and recommend improvements quickly

Prior experience supporting solution stabilization and hypercare, including direct user engagement and model tuning

Comfortable ramping up in 1 month, and able to lead technical conversations and challenge junior resource assumptions effectively

History of thriving in fast-paced environments where timelines and priorities shift quickly
