Role: Salesforce Engineering Manager

Salary: Up to £105,000 + bonus (up to 22%)

Location: London - 2 days per week on site (hybrid)

We are currently partnered with a scaling FinTech who back small businesses to succeed - their mission is to help small companies have access to the finances they need to grow and since they were founded, they have successfully lent over £10 billion.

Their platform is a game-changer within their industry and by using cutting-edge data and technology, they're reshaping the landscape for lending to enable lightning-fast decisions instead of lengthy applications!

They are looking for a Salesforce Engineering Manager to join their Salesforce Platform team. You'll be accountable for executing your area's prioritised roadmap, delivering on both business and technology objectives. A key focus will be elevating your team's product development maturity to achieve engineering excellence and advance the target architecture.

You will manage a team of Salesforce engineers plus a team of engineers, so it is crucial that you have proven management experience.

Requirements for the Salesforce Engineering Manager:

• Experience in a management role
• Salesforce experience is essential
• A strong understanding of how to make use of engineering performance metrics to drive continuous improvement
