Position Overview
We are seeking a detail-oriented and proactive Salesforce Business Systems Analyst (BSA) to join our team. In this role, you will serve as the bridge between business stakeholders and technical teams, ensuring that Salesforce solutions align with organizational objectives and deliver optimal value.
Key Responsibilities

Collaborate with business stakeholders to gather, analyze, and document detailed business requirements for Salesforce implementations and enhancements.

Translate business needs into clear functional specifications, user stories, and acceptance criteria.

Work closely with Salesforce developers and administrators to design and configure solutions that meet business requirements.

Conduct system testing, including unit testing, integration testing, and user acceptance testing (UAT), to ensure solutions meet business needs and quality standards.

Provide ongoing support and maintenance for Salesforce applications, addressing issues and implementing enhancements as needed.

Develop and deliver training materials and sessions to ensure effective user adoption of Salesforce solutions.

Stay current with Salesforce releases and features, evaluating their potential impact on existing solutions and recommending enhancements.

Ensure compliance with data governance policies and best practices in Salesforce implementations.
Qualifications

Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Information Technology, or a related field.

Minimum of 5 years of experience as a Business Systems Analyst, with at least 3 years focused on Salesforce platforms.

Strong understanding of Salesforce functionality, including Sales Cloud, Service Cloud, and Lightning Experience.

Experience with Salesforce configuration, including workflows, process builder, and reports/dashboards.

Familiarity with Agile methodologies and experience working in Agile environments.

Excellent analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills.

Ability to work collaboratively in cross-functional teams and manage multiple priorities effectively.
Qualifications

Salesforce Administrator (ADM 201) certification.

Experience with Salesforce integrations and data migration.

Knowledge of healthcare industry processes and regulations (if applicable).
