I'm working with a major player in the energy and utilities space to launch a cutting-edge Salesforce initiative aimed at revolutionising customer interactions, enhancing operational efficiency, and advancing sustainability efforts. This is a greenfield programme where your expertise will directly influence the technical blueprint and foundational design.
In this strategic position, you'll be the driving force behind the technical roadmap—partnering with stakeholders to craft robust, scalable, and secure Salesforce solutions. Your leadership will shape the development of custom components, seamless integrations, and intelligent automations that align with long-term business goals.
What You'll Be Doing:
- Design and implement a comprehensive Salesforce architecture tailored to a large-scale utilities transformation
- Lead solution development across core Salesforce platforms including Sales Cloud, Service Cloud, and Experience Cloud
- Engineer integrations with external systems such as billing platforms, IoT devices, and field service tools
- Translate complex business needs into elegant, scalable technical solutions in collaboration with cross-functional teams
- Provide hands-on technical guidance to development teams, ensuring high standards of delivery
- Maintain architectural documentation and contribute to governance and compliance frameworks
Skills you must have:
- Proven experience working as a Solution Architect in the Energy/ Utilites sector.
- You must have leadership experience implementing product such as: Sales Cloud, Service Cloud, and Experience Cloud
