We’re hiring a multi-hat Salesforce leader to support a U.S. Air Force Academy initiative. This is a hands-on + strategic role blending:
- Development (40%) – Apex, LWC, Flows, integrations
- Architecture (25%) – Data models, security, scalability
- Design (15%) – Translating requirements into technical/UI designs
- Administration (15%) – Config, permissions, compliance
- Project Management (10%) – Stakeholder coordination & deliverables tracking
Must-Haves:
- Proven Salesforce Government Cloud Plus or FedRAMP High experience (non-negotiable)
- Expert in Apex & LWC development
- Strong data modeling, security model, and integration skills (REST/SOAP APIs)
- U.S. , clearance-eligible
Nice-to-Haves:
- Salesforce certs (PDII, Architect, Admin)
- DoD/federal program experience
