Job Summary:
We are seeking a versatile Salesforce Administrator / QA Analyst to support both platform management and quality assurance efforts. This hybrid role is ideal for someone who enjoys configuring Salesforce and ensuring the reliability and performance of business-critical applications through rigorous testing.
Key Responsibilities:
Salesforce Administration:

Manage user accounts, roles, profiles, permission sets, and security settings

Create and maintain objects, fields, page layouts, workflows, validation rules, and reports

Support release management, sandbox refreshes, and deployment activities

Work closely with stakeholders to gather requirements and translate them into scalable Salesforce solutions

Perform data imports, exports, and updates as needed
Quality Assurance:

Develop and execute test plans, test cases, and test scripts for Salesforce and related applications

Perform functional, regression, and integration testing

Document defects, track issues, and coordinate with developers to ensure timely resolution

Validate data integrity and system functionality post-deployment

Participate in UAT and release verification activities
Required Skills:

3+ years of hands-on experience as a Salesforce Administrator

Solid understanding of Salesforce configuration and best practices

Experience with QA methodologies, test case design, and defect tracking

Strong attention to detail and problem-solving skills

Excellent communication and documentation abilities
Nice to Have:

Salesforce Administrator Certification (ADM-201)

Familiarity with Salesforce testing tools (e.g., Provar, Selenium, or Workbench)

Experience with Jira or other test management tools

Exposure to Agile/Scrum environments
