Avant Tech is looking for a dynamic Sales Territory Manager to join our team and drive sales growth in a designated region. In this role, you will be responsible for developing and executing strategic sales plans to achieve business objectives and expand market share for our cutting-edge IT solutions. You will manage client relationships, identify new sales opportunities, and provide valuable insights that will shape our offerings in the marketplace.
Key Responsibilities:
- Identify and target potential clients within the assigned territory to expand the customer base.
- Develop, implement, and manage regional sales strategies to achieve sales goals.
- Conduct market research and competitor analysis to understand market trends and customer needs.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with existing clients to ensure customer satisfaction and retention.
- Collaborate with marketing, product development, and customer service teams to deliver holistic solutions to customers.
- Prepare and present sales reports and forecasts to senior management regularly.

Requirements
Qualifications:
- Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field.
- Proven experience as a sales manager or in a similar sales role, with a minimum of 5 years in sales.
- Strong knowledge of the IT industry, products, and services.
- Demonstrated ability to develop and execute effective sales strategies.
- Excellent communication and negotiation skills.
- Ability to analyze sales data and derive actionable insights.
- Proficiency in CRM software and Microsoft Office Suite.
- Willingness to travel within the assigned territory as required.
