Sales Specialist - Fall Protection



Area - Northeast of England, Cumbria and Scotland



My client is a global manufacturer, and they are now looking for a Fall Protection Sales Specialist for the Personal Safety Division of the company. Your responsibilities in the role -



Achieving sales and margin targets quarterly, under an annual sales plan

Identifying and winning opportunities as required under sales plan

Work with end customers to advise and promote company's Fall Protection Solutions

Manage the sales pipeline with the Distributor network through effective relationships and strong communication

Collaborate with company technical teams to ensure a high level of on-site support where required



Skills and Experience



Strong knowledge of the Fall Protection market is essential

Ability to communicate at all levels of the organisation both externally and internally and be able to build excellent customer relationships

A self-starter/self-motivated with a drive to succeed with the ability to work on your own and as part of a team

Strong communication, negotiation and presentation skills - written and verbal

Competitive & Proactive instinct - takes initiative on issues and challenges to find optimum solutions.

Tenacious, resilient - ability to navigate through conflict and challenges towards positive outcome, retaining focus and perspective

Have a passion for sales and exceeding sales targets and KPIs

Basic knowledge of the related EN standards would be preferable

Ability to develop company brand loyalty across end customers and Distributors

Ability to ensure accurate communication of product updates and development

Strong negotiation skills

Numerate and proficient with analysis and manipulation of data
