We’re looking for a high-energy, experienced sales professional to join our hybrid team. This role is ideal for someone who thrives in a fast-paced startup environment, enjoys building customer relationships, has a passion for sustainability, and the drive to grow accounts while managing the entire order process from start to finish. This is not just a sales job, it’s a strategic, hands-on role where you’ll be an essential part of Bison Bio’s growth.
Responsibilities:
- Develop and execute targeted sales strategies to increase market penetration within key verticals.
- Establish relationships with architects, contractors, developers, and key decision-makers across the commercial precast, residential building, and government sectors.
- Serve as the key point of contact for customers, ensuring their needs are met, issues are resolved, and relationships are strengthened.
- Oversee orders from initiation to delivery, working closely with operations to ensure on-time fulfillment.
- Proactively identify opportunities to expand existing customer accounts.
- Provide top-notch service and support, ensuring customers receive a delightful experience.
- Stay informed about industry trends, competitor offerings, and emerging technologies to position the company’s products effectively.
- Deliver compelling sales presentations and product knowledge sessions tailored to client needs.
- Represent the company at trade shows, conferences, and industry events to increase brand visibility.
- Provide market analysis, sales forecasts, and progress reports to identify new opportunities and refine strategies.

Qualifications:
- 5+ years of sales experience in building materials, construction, or sustainable solutions industries.
- Proven track record of driving revenue growth and exceeding sales targets.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
- Strong negotiation and closing skills, with the ability to secure and manage long-term partnerships.
- Experience with precast concrete, residential building, insulation, or exterior cladding is highly .
- Established industry network with the ability to bring active products to market by year-end is a plus.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and CRM software.
