Sales Representative – Mold Mitigation & Remediation

Location: Broward & West Palm Beach Counties

Mold Mitigation and Remediation Division seeking an experienced Sales Representative to generate qualified leads and build referral partnerships. The ideal candidate has a strong local network, excellent communication skills, and proven sales success in home services, restoration, or related industries.

Responsibilities:

• Generate and qualify leads for mold inspection and remediation services
• Present services to homeowners and businesses and close deals
• Build relationships with property managers, realtors, insurance adjusters, and contractors
• Maintain and grow referral partnerships
• Meet monthly sales and revenue targets

Qualifications:

• Knowledge of disaster restoration industry
• 5+ years of sales experience - mold
• Strong networking and business development skills
• Self-motivated and results-driven
• Basic knowledge of mold remediation, water damage, or property restoration (training provided).
• Valid driver’s license & reliable transportation

Compensation:

• Base salary + commission
• Bonuses for exceeding targets
• Mileage/expense reimbursement
