We're Michigan's premier destination for recreational vehicles - from boats to powersports - and we're growing. We're looking for a motivated sales professional to join our team full-time and help our customers find their perfect adventure vehicle.

You'll work in a fast-paced, customer-focused environment selling boats and powersports vehicles. If you're motivated, energetic, and ready to take your career to the next level, this is the opportunity for you.

Responsibilities:

• Greet and assist walk-in customers, online leads, and phone inquiries
• Understand customer needs through consultation
• Present customers with the right Boat, ORV, Snowmobile or product based on their needs
• Close sales and meet monthly performance goals
• Interact with our Sales assistant that generates sales appointments
• Show leadership initiative and support team goals
• Product Specialist duties - organizing displays, price signs and more related to a product line

Qualifications:

• Strong written and oral communication - must be able to type, write and converse effectively
• Self-Motivated with a goal-oriented mindset
• Ability to maintain a positive attitude despite challenges that may arise
• Interest in leadership and career advancement
• Passion for Boating is a big plus!
• Willing and able to work weekends
