Job Summary


We are seeking a dynamic and results-driven Generator and Storage Outside Sales Representative to join our team. As an Field Sales Representative, you will play a crucial role in driving business growth by developing and executing effective sales strategies, building strong relationships with existing and potential customers, and consistently meeting or exceeding sales targets. Ideal candidate will have proven experience in customer service or sales roles - examples include hotel front desk, restaurant managers, airport customer service agents etc.

Responsibilities


  • Conduct in-home presentations on Sales leads provided to you
  • Educate customers on the benefits of generator and energy storage solutions.
  • Conduct site assessments and provide tailored proposals.
  • Collaborate with internal teams to ensure seamless project implementation.
  • Meet and exceed sales targets through effective relationship building.
  • Generate new business opportunities through prospecting and networking.


Qualifications


  • You don't need any prior experience - we will train you!
  • Solar / Electrical sales experience is a plus
  • Proven experience in customer service or sales roles - examples include hotel front desk, restaurant managers, airport customer service agents etc.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Self-motivated with a results-oriented mindset.
  • Willingness to travel for client meetings and site visits.
  • Clean Driving Record


Average Potential Earnings: This role will start with a base and commission during the training period and eventually move to a full-time commission structure with potential to earn, on average, upwards of $150,000 - $250,000 per year.
