WE ARE LOOKING FOR A SEASONED SALES REP!

Position Title: SALES REPRESENTATIVE

POSITION TYPE: Full Time

Description of Duties:

  • Ensure estimates are developed within project goals, projects meet profitability goals, and meet client expectations.

  • Ensure projects are estimated according to approved plans, specifications, shop drawings, and applicable building codes.

  • Prepare detailed Cost Estimates, Purchase Orders and Change Orders.

  • Develop your schedule to incorporate prospecting and estimates.

  • Provide clear direction to team members through your scope of work to ensure project targets are achieved.

  • Attend networking events.

  • Develop a strategy to build a healthy book of business.

  • Manage commercial and property management accounts.

  • Pursue professional development by attending GSR Meetings.

  • Lead clients through an exceptional experience when working on projects. Develop and maintain production schedules to meet milestones and completion dates. Provide clear direction to team members, ensuring project targets are achieved.

  • Identify and manage opportunities and risks to achieve the best possible results for project quality, schedule and financial targets.

  • Thrives on personal development and being the best version of themselves.


Skills & Requirements:

  • General knowledge of CRM systems

  • Basic construction knowledge

  • Someone who has a current book of business in the construction industry.

  • Minimum of 5 years estimating projects in the construction industry.

  • Experience with construction management software tools and current technology.

  • Effective time and priority management

  • Experience with prospecting and B2B marketing.
