Sales Representative -Construction - Base Salary to 100k/year - Sterling, CT
- We are a leader in the segmental and Mechanically Stabilized Earth retaining wall industry. We have built a solid and respected reputation within the industry and with our clients. Our staff possesses a vast wealth of knowledge from conceptual design to our experienced and efficient installation crews. We will handle every aspect of the project. It is because of our experience that our clients turn to us for solutions to difficult or complicated projects.
Responsibilities:
- This is a pure growth and business development role. This person will be responsible for expanding the footprint in the private commercial sector (e.g., office parks, retail centers, apartment complexes, universities). The goal is to build relationships to ensure the company is the subcontractor for large-scale hardscape installations (pavers, patios, plazas, etc.).
Qualifications:
- Be able to create a new pipeline of projects, complementing the public/DOT work that the Estimator bids on.
- Diversify revenue streams and capture more of the commercial market

- Base salary to 100k/year
