White Builder is seeking an independent, goal-driven Sales Representative to generate new business for our residential and commercial construction services.
This is a commission-only position with no cap on earnings — perfect for a self-starter who loves networking, building relationships, and closing deals in the construction industry.

Key Responsibilities

• Identify, contact, and follow up with homeowners, property managers, real estate agents, and commercial clients.

• Present White Builder’s services and capabilities in remodeling, renovations, and ground-up construction.

• Work closely with management to prepare bids, estimates, and proposals.

• Represent the company at local networking events, trade shows, and through online outreach.

• Maintain accurate lead and sales tracking using company tools (simple CRM or shared spreadsheet).
