Commercial Roofing Sales Trainee - Canvass commercial and industrial areas speak to property managers, property owners and schedule free inspections.

Responsibilities:
• Canvass commercial properties to identify roofing issues, repairs, damage and also storm damage
• Schedule commercial roof inspections
• Learn how to Manage the entire sales process—from first contact to signed contract

Requirements:
• Proven experience in commercial roofing sales a PLUS
• Strong communication, negotiation, and closing skills
• Ability to self-generate leads through canvassing and networking
• Willingness and physical ability to perform roof inspections
• Reliable transportation (car or truck)

Compensation:
• Earn $50K to $100K+ annually
