We are seeking an Experienced Sales/Project Manager for our Hardscape/Outdoor Living Department to join our team! This is an immediate opening and asking only for applicants that have experience in sales and project management in this field. Our projects range from patios, retaining walls, custom landscaping and hardscape, to outdoor living.  Please do not apply if you have no hardscape experience.

Responsibilities:

• Contact potential customers
• Create sales material to present to customers for their custom project
• Meet with potential clients to understand their vision, establish a budget, and guide them through the sales process
• Assist clients in designing their outdoor living space; provide ideas and solutions tailored to their needs and style.
• Working closely with our in-house design team to bring client visions to life
• Prepare and present proposals; secure signed estimates from homeowners
• Managing 3+/- projects from initial consultation through completion of project
• Reach agreed upon sales targets by the deadline
• Resolve customer inquiries and complaints
• Troubleshoot and resolve issues as they arise on job sites
• Set follow-up appointments to keep customers aware of latest developments
• Set and maintain schedules for subcontractors and crews across multiple job sites

​Qualifications:

• Previous experience in sales, customer service, and hardscape/landscape management
• Familiarity with CRM platforms
• Ability to build rapport with clients
• Strong negotiation skills
• Deadline and detail-oriented
• Spanish speaking is a plus
• Clean driving record
