• Support customers by answering questions and solving issues

• Help schedule and coordinate deliveries

• Stay in touch with customers and follow up on opportunities

• Create simple sales materials/presentations when needed

• Experience in sales, customer service, or a related role

• A genuine interest in helping customers succeed

• Strong communication and relationship-building skills

• Confidence in negotiating and closing deals

• Familiarity with CRM tools (or willingness to learn quickly)

• Attention to detail and commitment to follow-through

• A positive attitude, proactive energy, and willingness to grow
