Extension is seeking a Project Quoting Specialist for a direct-hire opportunity with one of our clients located in Milwaukee, WI.

The ideal candidate will be responsible for professionally communicating with designers, providing commercial quotes, and processing projects. This candidate will possess professional communication, commercial quoting experience, as well as experience working with a luxurious product/brand.

Key Objectives / Role Responsibilities

• Interact with customers and Outside Sales team members via phone and email regarding project inquiries
• Responsible for quoting and entering project details within ERP system
• Manages CRM system relating to projects
• Handling global budgets
• Supporting ISM on various projects

Desired Skills & Qualifications

• Associates Degree + 3-5 years of experience in project coordinating, inside sales support or customer service administration
• Commercial quoting experience is a must have
• Experience working with a luxurious brand/product
• Advanced Excel, Outlook and CRM experience
• Above average math skills including ability to calculate complex discounts/business equations

Salary Information

• $55,000 salary - based on experience
