Location: Nottingham
Salary: £40,000 - £45,000
Hours: Monday-Thursday 8:00am-5:00pm | Friday 8:00am-12:00pm (WFH option available on Friday)

We are seeking an experienced and proactive Sales Office Manager to lead our clients sales support function and play a key role in driving business growth.
\n
This is a pivotal position within the organisation, acting as the link between sales, production, and customers. You will be responsible for ensuring smooth day-to-day operations, improving processes, and supporting both new business and customer retention.
\n
You will also take ownership of a new CRM system implementation, helping to shape and improve how the business operates going forward.

Manage the daily operations of the sales office

Lead, support, and develop a small and growing team
\n

Oversee quotations, ensuring accuracy and timely delivery
\n

Act as a key point of contact for customer enquiries and relationships
\n

Support new business activity and customer retention strategies
\n
- \n
Monitor sales performance and KPI reporting
\n
- \n
Drive process improvements and operational efficiency
\n
- \n
Support implementation and ongoing development of a new CRM system
\n
- \n
Liaise with production and engineering teams to ensure customer requirements are met
\n

\nAbout You\n

Experience in sales administration, office management, or a similar role
\n

Strong organisational and communication skills
\n
- \n
Commercially aware with a proactive, problem-solving approach
\n

Confident using Microsoft Office, particularly Excel
\n

Experience with CRM systems is
\n
- \n
Ability to manage workload, deadlines, and coordinate a small team
\n

\n
Experience within an engineering or manufacturing environment is advantageous but not essential.
